Membership at Chicago Concierge Pediatrics

Available through a monthly membership fee, your Chicago Concierge Pediatrics membership is all inclusive and never more than a click away. You will have direct access to your care team through in-home visits, texts, phone calls, and video visits twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. 

Gone are the days of talking to a triage line at 2am just to wait for a call back from a physician who is unfamiliar with your child.  All of your healthcare visits will take place in your home which means you will never need to drag your sick kiddo out to sick hours in an office or trudge through snow with your newborn in tow. 

Well visits, sick visits, or even just a stop-by to say hi are always included and encouraged. Anything you need, we will be there! In addition to all of the above, our in-home care team is trained to instruct a number of milestone based enrichment courses for our patient families and child caretakers as well. 

With CCP’s small patient panel, there are always available appointments for same-day sick visits or check-ins as needed with the team that knows your child the best!
